19 Households in the social housing sector were significantly more likely than households in any other type of tenure to be found in high deprivation areas. Almost half of all households in the social rented sector were in the 20% most deprived areas in Scotland. One in every four owner occupied household was in the 20% least deprived areas in Scotland.
